Huntington Ridge

Huntington Ridge is a fairly new community built since 2001. It is located on the North side of Lakeland. Homes range in price from $160,000 to $300,000. There are only 102 homes in the community, thus enabling everyone to feel like they are part of a big family. This community is close to the Lakeland Mall, numerous grocery stores and less than five miles from I-4. The Huntington Hills golf club is just across Duff Road from this community.
There is a homeowner’s association and the annual dues are only $165. Every homeowner carries one vote at the reqular quarterly meetings.
There is also a Compliance Committee in case you have any complaints or concerns about any of the properties in Huntington Ridge. There is also an Architectural Committee to aid in the consistence of additions or changes done within the community.
This is the first community in Lakeland that I have run across that has a Disaster Action Plan for the subdivision to help the homeowners prepare their homes during hurricane season. This is something badly needed in many of our cities throughout the South. But Huntington Ridge is a step ahead of everyone!
You are allowed to have pets (up to three dogs or cats), but not allowed to breed dogs or cats within the community. No poultry or livestock are allowed either.
All boats, trailers, or house trailers, motor homes, etc. greater than 3/4 ton or commercial vehicles are only permitted if parked in an enclosed garage or parked on the driveway to a lot on a temporary basis of up to five days.
Walled fences/hedges shall not exceed six feet in height across the rear of the lot or running down the sides of the home. No fences/hedges are allowed on lots 1-10 or 73-75.
These may seem like a lot of rules and regulations, but in reality, they are for the benefit of those living is this nice community.

Seven Cassidy Homes Communities

Cassidy Homes offers seven communities in Lakeland and the surrounding communities, with various home options and prices starting at $209,000. Cassidy Homes is one of Florida's finest home builders. They are now offering to pay $5,000 in closing costs and prepaid costs when you use their approved lender. Look now before this offer changes. The Hills of Arietta is the newest community located in north Auburndale. Hartford Estates is located i southeast Lakeland and prices there start at the $230s; also Vintage View is located in southeast Lakeland and the homes there start in the low $300s. In southwest Lakeland, they offer Chelsea Oaks Townhomes from the $140s. Terranova is located in southeast Winter Haven with prices from the high $200s. The community of Mandolin is located in southeast Winter Haven and prices there run from the $210s. Buckeye Trace in northeast Winter Haven has homes from the $160s. Oakford Estates

Oakford estates is a quiet sanctuary nestled near the rolling hills in the Highlands of Lakeland. It offers easy access to the Polk Parkway and Downtown Lakeland. Terra Largo
